Seipp’s Extra Pale is a pre-prohibition pilsner. It is full bodied, clean, and crisp with noticeable hop bitterness balancing a slightly sweet malt roundness. Available year-round.

Seipp’s Columbia

Seipp’s Columbia Special Release is a German-style Bock. Malt forward with a rich body and dry finish. Described as “very dark in color and of unusual strength,” in a promotional souvenir printed by the Conrad Seipp Brewing Company for the 1893 World’s Fair.
ABV: 6.0%
Original Gravity: 16 Plato
Bitterness: 25 IBU
Color: 16 SRM

Seipp’s Bavarian

A traditional Hefeweizen. Light golden color with a balance of clove and banana aromas, backed by subtle soft wheat bread, and a hint of hops. Medium body with refreshing light crisp finish. Pure summertime enjoyment!
